Patrick Kuhl has been serving as Minister of Music/Director/ Organist in the metropolitan Detroit area for the past sixty years. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wayne State University with majors in education and organ/ harpsichord performance, studying with Robert Schlusser, Ray Ferguson, and Clark Eastham.
Patrick received his Master of Arts degree in Early Childhood Development and his Education Specialist Degree in Administration from Oakland University.
Mr. Kuhl has also served as accompanist for the General Motor’s Chorus and the Madrigale Chorale in the Detroit area, as well as serving as accompanist, teacher, head teacher in the Detroit Public Schools, Troy Public Schools, and Rochester Community Schools for forty- six years.
Having served as Organ Master at Fort Street from 1987 – 1993, Patrick returns to Fort Street Presbyterian Church as Director of Music Ministries.
