What does it cost?

Each meal costs $1.50. We are able to purchase food at prices well below warehouse prices from the Gleaners Food Bank in Detroit. The cost of the meals to feed 420 people each Thursday is $630 per week. Please consider sponsoring this vital ministry.

If you would like to sponsor a weekly meal for one or more people, please call the church on 313-961-4533. Your donations are welcome and appreciated.

Volunteers Needed

• Tuesdays 8:30 - 11:30 AM - to sort clothing
• Tuesdays noon - 2 PM - to distribute clothing
• Thursdays 8:30 - 9 AM - assist with Praise Services in the Chapel
• Thursdays 8:30 - 11 AM - serve food, distribute clothing, etc.

Donations Needed

• New women's cotton briefs - sizes 6 through "Queen"
• New or gently used women's Business Clothing - especially size 16 and larger
• New or gently used bath towels and face cloths
• New or gently used sheets, blankets, and pillows
• Two beauticians' chairs
• Fans - table and floor models
