Personnel Committee

Responsible for:

• hiring all staff (except clergy) in consultation with appropriate committees
• annual performance reviews of clergy and staff
• annual compensation reviews of clergy and staff
• annual review of personnel policies
• work with Pastor and other staff to resolve any personnel problems/issues
