Fiscal Operations Committee

Responsible for:

• fiscal care of all church funds (General Budget, Memorial Funds, Chorale Budget, Open Door Budget, Endowment, etc.)
• developing programs for planned giving; i.e., stewardship campaign, special fund-raising, endowment development
• in conversation with other committees, develop a budget for the church
• oversee the disbursement of funds
• maintain accurate records of income and disbursements
• provide annual tax information to staff members and the congregation
