Fiscal Operations Committee is responsible for:
- fiscal care of all church funds (General Budget, Memorial Funds, Chorale Budget, Open Door Budget, Endowment, etc.)
- developing programs for planned giving; i.e., stewardship campaign, special fund-raising, endowment development
- in conversation with other committees, develop a budget for the church
- oversee the disbursement of funds
- maintain accurate records of income and disbursements
- provide annual tax information to staff members and the congregation
